Accumulation is real, however, this is an existential play. Either Giddy Up is legit or it is not. Either FPFI gets into regulatory compliance or not. Either the share structure is resolved or not. All of the above can be accomplished - totally depends on the authenticity and the integrity of the new leadership. Hence it's a trip play that could go either way. Either way it's time for the leadership to either make the plays or be revealed to be once again scam artists or at best incompetent. All just my opinions.
