I would suggest reading the 10Q again. Their is only one convertible note which is not considered toxic because it has a floor price. The additional minor increase to the float is due to a couple of individuals who converted their preferred shares into common. We are talking about people who belonged to the original shell and have nothing to do with Good Gaming today.

Let them convert and let them sell down here. We need a bigger float anyway if we want this stock to trade with any kind of fluidity.
