Something else occurred to me while re-reading the statement, it has to do with shareholders voting on the CEO. I wonder if there is a purposeful attempt to try and count how many shareholders exist?

I also wonder how we will vote? Will it be a mail in form similar to companies on the big board, also, will brokerages be sending them out? Could this be another wake up to remind them how many shorted shares exist?
