Thank you for making that clear, Powerbattles. Currently it's only a distribution agreement for Puerto Rico. I did have shares of the other but sold them and prefer my money in OTTV because Viva provides the content. Good luck to those who also invest in the other

HELL NO!!! THE MERGE WITH INTV WILL NOT HAPPEN. THIS WILL NOT BE A GOOD MATCH.

1- THE COMPANY HAS DISCONTINUED IT "EMS" FACTORY BUSINESS AND HAS SOLD IT SUBSIDIARY "VIVA ENTERTAINMENT" TO US.

2- WE DO NOT NEED TO MERGE WITH THEM. THEY NEED US AND HAS SIGNS A DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT TO MARKET VIVALIVE PRODUCE. THAT MEAN THEY WILL GENERATE THE REVENUE FOR US. WHY WE BOTHER TO MERGE WITH THEM? ABSOLUTE NO BENEFIT FOR US. ON TOP OF THAT... THEIR BOOK ARE STINK. WE DO NOT WANT THEM TOBE OUR HOLDING COMPANY.
