I am buying more on Monday first thing.

However, like I said, I may be bailing Aug 25 in anticipation of the news of an announcement on the 28th. And that opens up a question whether an annoucement is made the 28th or not. If the vote is NO, there could be an indefinite delay. If there is a YES in alignment with the BOD, then I would think the 28th would be issued an announcement.
