Yes no one knows, so factless guessing is not to be listen to!!! The guessing of the Songbird acquisition not happening by the 15th, the assumption that financials will not get done or the thoughts for some that they don't have the fund backing to make this happen is not to be listen to..... because:

Investors here don't know squat.
