I think Jennifer Simpson has realized now that she will not get the votes for a R/S. Now its time for other companies to reach out for Delcath. Chemosat has been proven as a very reliable and effective system to treat liver cancer. It can be expected to be transferred to other indications. Going bankruptcy because of delisting? Now way, the company has its assets, and Chemosat alone is worth a buyout of 1$ pps, imo.
This massive increase in trading volume we have seen over the last days/weeks. I have my assumptions.....
