Listen to this one below between the 3:00 and 6:00 mark. Kyle states clearly that Area 2 is about a 1/4 mile from the wreck and when they got the Area 1 permit it allowed them to begin working the wreck.

Now here's the promo interview from April where he claimed they found and dug up a section about 16 ft x 5 ft of the upper deck. Then he goes on to say they found a piece of the hull. By the time you get to the 6:00 mark he says this is their year and they'll be working Juno Beach in 2017.

The most ridiculous part of the promo interview below is the claims about professionalism and Seafarer being a leader in the srena because they do sell their "treasre" like others do. It's between the 6:00 and 8:00 mark, but I encourage the audience to listen to both in their entirety.

When you read the (ahem} "professional" reports submitted to the BAR there is nothing about the wreck or wreck area. Nothing about a 16 ft x 5 ft section of the upper deck or a piece of the hull.

Kyle talks about the archaeology part of the business being so important and how they spend so much money on these reports, but the BAR says otherwise.

Melissa Price reviewed the Final Report on July 10, 2017 so they obviously submitted it before then.

Overall, the report is not well organized and contained grammatical and spelling errors, which detracts from its professional tone. Furthermore, BAR personnel should be able to easily access all associated data (the embedded links for excel sheets and PDFs do not work); this information should instead be appended to the end of the report.

Here's a July 21st letter from Tim Parsons denying renewal processing for Area 2. They told Kyle back in April they had issues with their reports, but nothing changed.

As stated in our April correspondence to you about your last quarterly report, the deficiencies noted as part of that review were expected to be corrected in the final report. Please see the included documents for the completeness checklist and the reviewer’s summary of this report’s in compliance with the standards outlined in Rule 1A-46, F.A.C.

Here's the last thing I've received from the BAR concerning Area 1. Nothing about a wreck or wreck area Kyle claimed in the 2016 promo interview. In fact there's nothing about nothing in the Area 1 report.
