I would say don't touch this stock until:

1. You have read the cross appeal / response from Bungie

2. You know who the judges are on the panel and know at least 2 of 3 are patent friendly vs the other way around

3. If you see 101 raised in the cross appeal AND you have 2 of 3 anti patent judges on the panel - sell the hell out of any stock you own
