It it possible to rebound from this proxy Monday? Do I need to just put a sell in for as soon as the market opens? Will the price at close of AH today (.49) be the high for Monday when it "tanks"?

Some have said that this will instill some confidence in the company since they are at least trying to appeal and buy more time for the stock to go back up. Some are even saying that it will not go through afterall, and that they will get it shot back up again soon enough. Are we screwed if we stay or not?
