Hello fellow shareholders. I had a chat with a representative from my brokerage firm. We discussed Hipp. The first thing they offered me was a form to report hipp as a loss. I told them I was expecting a settlement for my shares. They said if so I will receive a shareholder letter. They were limited in the information. There are laws in place that restricts them. They can't remove any shares without written consent. I tried to ask them if there was some limit to how long they can go without notifying shareholders. I could get no answer. I will seek out other bankruptcy professionals. Until later enjoy life.
