CCTL has a virtual office as the corporate headquarters - the CEO is a serial scammer - the company hasn't filed any financial information since 2015 - there hasn't been any verification of the company owning any Bitcoins.

The company is in default with the Nevada SOS.

The CEO had another company revoked by the Nevada SOS.

The pumping press release about signing a LOI to acquire a online gaming company - that the CEO has stated the gaming company is generating $3 Million in revenue - but are willing to be acquired for CCTL stock - what company would be foolish enough to do that - only another OTCM scam.

CCTL is such a obvious share selling scheme - it is strictly a noobie play.
