Sounds very promising for the shareholders. So QMC should not rely on the sales of QD alone for one day sale price will be too low to be profitable. It must has revenue from the end products of its JV partners as well as from QMC's own nascent QD application products. Since quantum dot is a nascent nanotechnology with very few competition and quantum dot applications products are still to emerge, taking leadership in both of these fields is essential to capture market share, I hope Stephen has what it takes.

Operating cost and sales revenue are always the main criteria that determine a company's success or failure. Many emerging producers failed due to high operating cost and low sales, resulting in constant quarterly loss and dwindling share price towards zero. I hope the brilliant Stephen Squires is aware of all these and have plans and backup plans to avert any negative impact on the company's operation.

Just revenue cannot guarantee the company's security, but increasing net profit and increasing quarterly Net Earnings, especially without debts. As Share Price = P/E Ratio x Annualized Earning, increasing positive quarterly earnings will raise P/E ratio due to investors' optimum expectation and will accelerate share price.
