Averaging down makes sense until at some point (I went from .10 to .0178) you are grabbing at a falling knife. Any real brokerage house will get out of a falling knife. I had to put a lock on Baltia so my investment manager wouldn't take me out. My instruction at that point was I would make real good money or would not lose any more.
