Dr.Soon Shiong paid 1.10 dollars per share! On July 27, 2017, in connection with its purchase of 11,818,182 shares of our Common Stock at a purchase price of $1.10 per share and 3,000,000 warrants pursuant to a Stock Purchase Agreement dated as of July 27, 2017 between the Company and NantCell, Inc. ("NantCell"), NantCell agreed that, during a specified period which includes the date of the Special Meeting, to vote all of the shares of Common Stock held by it in in accordance with the Company Board's recommendation with respect to each proposal submitted to the Company's stockholders at any stockholders' meeting. Accordingly, NantCell has advised the Company that it intends to vote all of the shares of Common Stock held by it in favor of the Proposal.
