A typical buyout has the effect of generally increasing the value of the shares of the company being bought based on market share & valuation of the buying company. Generally. Frankly I wouldn't mind a buyout of $ASTI at this moment.

I have a question, some one please school me.
If a buy-out were to happen, what happens to our stock ?
