The company has communicated that there is no RS on the board.

The company has communicated they are renegotiating terms on Oct maturities and it will be taken care of long before the maturity date. Hence the case against another RS.

On your price target of .01, I disagree. I think the selling will be absorbed by investors at current prices or above till selling subsides or AS of 500 mm is maxed out in the next 20 to 40 trading days.
