If Parsi sold shares to manipulate the stock price, he's breaking the law.

I don't think that is why he sold shares.

I think he realized he isn't going to be expanding any time soon and wanted to take profits at a higher price before the market realized his history of overpromising and underdelivering.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if Kaufman and Gay quit soon if they don't expand quickly.

And if they leave, so will I.

Until then, I'm holding, and hoping Parsi has the sense to step aside. But he won't. Idiots never do. They always think they are the smartest in the room.
