Hmmmm, interesting observation because there are some that sell up to 30-60% of the IP future royalties away that are worth at minimum $1-2 Billion so we have a problem here

Things do not make sense at all but I will check our further

PPHM should be $1-2 Billion now ...and current BOD proved they could get PS Targeting into the hands of Dr Wolchok ..MSK....NCCN....without a middle man (BP being required) or should say without a middle man taking a cut of the IP or placing their allies in the BOD
