Sometimes they go up right away, other times the trades take a while & require scaling in more than once with some patience.
I believe $VCPS will pay off on this re-entry. It's nowhere toward a point of excessive dilution and has a nice volatile chart history.
Down just 2 ticks so far since my first re-entry coverage @ .0007/.0008.
(as no one can nail bottoms exactly 100% of the time)
