This is true for Humanitarian Org. They have an office in Cobb Galleria but that doesn't mean someone is there during business hours. These type organizations don't have "employees" running around an office pushing paper. They fund other companies, hence CSHD is a holding company. The officers would spend more time off site than on.

It is not uncommon for buildings to offer front desk admins that cover multiple businesses that are housed. Most companies that have remote sites do this. They only rent office space with the addition of building amenities.
