What INCREDIBLE STUPIDITY for a company that is supposed to know something about the MINING BUSINESS. IT IS WELL KNOWN in the mining industry that Glencore will soon reopen a large cobalt mine in the Congo, supplying the market with a massive new supply of cobalt, which will push prices way, way down.
