Glad you brought up the deferring of salary. When i reviewed the 2Q 10-Q, i did not see a change of the deferred salary payable balance. I'm thinking they deferred salary in Q1 but are now getting paid via the dilution? Or did they defer salary for entire year in advance?
I don't recall the amount and don't know whose salaries were deferred to make a definitive conclusion.
Just an observation and something new to discuss.
