So if all they have sold is about 2.5 Million shares (maybe 3 Million if you account for Aug 16/17) who has been selling all the shares? Short interest here may drive TOPS to a double next week. Bear in mind that NAV will still be @$4.50 even after all the shares are sold and all the warrants converted. I am assuming about 11 million shares.
