$ZMRK stockholders and stakeholders SHOULD care. Past history tells you the "character" of top management. I have posted on this board since the stock was $0.04, two years ago. I haven't been wrong on any of my predictions. It's so obvious to me Zalemark is a disaster. The closing price has been manipulated by cheap slap the ask trades. So all charts are wrong. I make my own charts based on buy/sell volume. Again, I haven't been wrong. Steven Zale and his puppet executives are scammers. This company is hemorrhaging money. They have no sales and therefore no source of income. And when they did show sales and profits, those sales were later treated as bad debt. They don't tell you who the customers were. They shipped merchandise out to what I believe were "phantom" accounts, never collected the payments and later wrote off all those sales as uncollectible bad debt. I think the merchandise or payments went to management through a back door. This is an unaudited scam company led by Steven Zale a felon that has admitted to embezzlement, and imprisoned for dealing huge amounts of cocaine, he took Zalemark Inc. into bankruptcy, has failed in all his business attempts and it is a "big deal" as the PPS continues to sink to new lows. The recent heavy selling volume tells me that even the long term believers are finally understanding that the ship is sinking and there is no chance of saving it. Read the past financial statements...there were many supposedly smart money whales that invested over a million dollars each. They gave their money to a con man. Zalemark is close to ten million dollars underwater. Who got that money? Where did it disappear too? It's so obvious this company is a sham. But yet you still have chearleaders and paid in stock "touts" who tell you great news is about to happen. Read all past predictions, news, and company posted press releases. NOTHING ever came to fruition.
Bankruptcy looms ahead.
