I completely agree. It really should have been placed on the grey market long ago rather than allowing it to drag on with no management and be illegally hijacked.

Shareholders could have contacted the FBI and/or the SEC after the FBI undercover agent caught Gaffney taking fraudulent kickbacks and the SEC barred Gaffney from participating in penny stocks. It seems that would have facilitated the removal of HESG to the greys so it could not claim any more victims, nor allow further illegal HESG hijackings.
