Guess they are out of shares to issue at this point? This site says over 3 billion. Even if they filed to issue more who would buy them at this point? I do wonder with such little activity this stock is even allowed to be traded. One would think there would be a rule that if financials were not up to date with say 6-12 months the stock would be delisted.
