I thought that maybe no shares could be traded below $.0001 and if that's true how could that price be described as anything less than the strongest possible support.
On the other hand I think I understand what you're saying. The same price acts as strong resistance because no one appears to be willing to pay more than $.0001 for the shares.
The description "flat-lined" was used earlier. That may sum it up best. No one wants it any price below, above or (I expect sometime soon) AT $.0001.
