Yes you are right BL4Nio. (from memory) the offtakes that these other scandium hopefuls boast about are not sales-contracts, but just 'Memorandums of understanding' (MOUs) and as you rightly point out, they have expired out...

Bloom Energy says it could use 90 m/ts per/annum and the DoD says it could use 100 t/pa...and NioCorp will produce 103. Same country, and not far from either of them - Oh! what a conundrum? Lol
