Yes it does, "evaluate the appropriateness" is the important statement that should matter for ANY shareholder that is concerned about the future of PPHM and therefore their investment!

It just tells me that the soon to be new BOD have already hit the ground running and are already preplanning the work that will be needed to truly turn this train wreck around!
