The NJ facility is Eu approved. You`re trying to find a negative that does`nt exist. Adxs can apply without a partner,and the time for an answer they give is 12 months. It can happen in 6 but you have to count on 12 to be realistic in your time horizon.Who knows maybe we get an early approval. In the meantime,we`ll have plenty of time to get things lined up,and most likely a partner will be smart and pay up,before Adxs gets the approval,when someone else could easily come into the bidding for Axal after approved,and the price to play will be 10 fold. I`m hoping we decide to finish what we started and get the EU and FDA approval alone.
