I emailed the ceo yesterday about phase II and the following was his response:

"Rick,

We have already finalized the IND filing and the protocol. We need some funding to move into Phase II. We are working with outside funders that can move this forward without diluting Nutra Pharma. We expect to finalize everything in the next 60 days with the goal to begin the trial before the end of the year. Of course, we will announce milestones as they occur.
