Mine just an opinion. Prefer your take. But I have likewise been stung too many times of 'unspoken words'. A new upstart depends on the sale of its shares to garner $$ when nothing else is available.

That $3M is NOT cash. Shares in the coffers of the company is all...with some benefit IF the spin-off takes off. This is nothing more than the transfer of assets. Strings attached of course but no hard cash.

HAON I am sure will benefit from LTCP but as in HAON's own growth, revenues are a MUST. It will take time for those $$ to really impact their supply of cash on hand..right now, the dealings are all shares.

IMO of course. We will see. I do not mind being incorrect in my analysis given what I know and "feel". I am deeply invested here. Only want to see HAON succeed, just not on the backs of investors but rather what they produce in revenues.

I will take green anyway I can get it!
