Again forgive me for not sharing your enthusiasm and confidence with this mess. But, even with the tremendous pressure long side is attempting to put to nanosux, the sad thing to me is the civil court has no teeth. This court has no power to do anything of real 'now' action. This court can't even stop the stock from trading. It can't even get jeffy arrested.
A civil court can't arrest them. It can only push paper around. And order other courts to do something in the future.
Which is precisely what nanosux and their lawyers know very well. This case is kindergarten to nanosux and the principal. The principal is laughing his ass off driving around in his sports car doing whatever he wants. None of the nanosux principals are worried at all about a civil case. They're all giving the middle finger to all law enforcement.
I'm sure nanosux's principals feel , no believe they are above the law.
And unless my browser isn't liking google maps, nanosux has had google remove yet another set of photos of kruse drive that was up for a week dated april 2017. That series of street shots are gone like last years august 2016 pics of jeffy and the nanosux movers.
I believe it's more important that the stock is suspended and revoked, right NOW. Then the courts can take all the time they want with these nanosux miscreants. Just stop what may be their only source of income once and for all.
