I spoke with our Attorney again today - who is not
even sure if he is still representing BRWC due to that
the Receiver has not contacted him.

Our Attorney also said that he is not certain if the
Receivership filed in Nevada will stand - and I
tend to think that it will not.

The NY State Supreme Court had already
approved the Foreclosure before the filing of the
Receivership. Also there is a law I recall -
a " Collateral Attack " - where a matter cannot be
litigated again in another Court if a Final Decision
has already been rendered in another jurisdiction.
The Decision would have to be appealed.
