They would be Restristed holding company shares.

3.366% of a 5 billion SS holding company...

Company pays a dividen check on the holding

Saves paying $275,000,000.00 out

But then the shares have to get there ... You can't convert divvy's then cancel them ....

I'm a Crazy Scots-Irishman Blue Blood... It's probably not a good idea to listen to me...every thing I say is of my opinion. I'm not a good place to get investment advise...
