The issue I am trying to address is some here seem to be trying to suggest this is a 'no brainer'

Also - there is not a chance in **** Susman and Godfrey seriously looked at the 50 claims and expected more than 15 to get through. You throw as many claims into a case like this because it literally cannot hurt you, the more the better. So the fact that 42 were killed is not as important than the fact that 8 are remaining, and they cover the technology that WDDD has always claimed infringement on.

Like I said before, 8/50 (16%) doesn't actually mean 16% in this case. It means helluva lot more than that.

Not going to speculate on revenue numbers, I have no idea.
