Bhonda is correct. If you go to the otc market website and search our ticker, you will wee a yield sign. This doesn't have anything to do with how or if the stock can be traded. It simply means that filings are late or non existent. It is simply a notification to traders that the company has not filed anything and that may be risky for some traders. For those who may not have been following the action here for the last 6 months or more, this may seem like a typical otc stock where the filings may never materialize (not the case with LIGA). Here in pinky land no matter what is on the company website, it isn't a done deal until it posts on the otc market. That being said, once financials are sent to the otc, it takes a few days to review before they post them. Thus, since the financials are not posted, there is a yield sign because they are not "posted" on time. Basically when the yield sign drops and shows that the company has been yet again true to their word on staying current, there may be a rise in volume.
