I'm guessing that all companies "expect" to get funding that are heading into a major clinical trial otherwise why meet with funding sources. And you haven't listened to past shareholder calls because Ken Waggoner has said that they are continuing to meet with funding sources. And they essentially said that funding sources "can" commit once there is actually an approved trial to commit to. No where does it say they "will" commit.
