Legally, I don't think there is any way for us to demand more information than we already have. Unless I am wrong?

If they spent money and diluted IMUN's stake in Cytocom (55% down to 11-12% currently) since the spinoff in 2014, the money was spent on something. It's still a private company, and that's the way they like to keep things. Private.
