Nemegosenda is only remaining asset of SRSR after Dan gave away the Shiningtree gold property for no consideration.
Did Sam Walton just stay at his house to manage his Walmart stores?
No he was hands on, he used to fly a plane to figure out the best place to put the next Walmart.
Has anyone seen , "The Founder"?
Ray Kroc wanted all his franchisees to be hands on in their restaurants; even in his dotage he would give the employees a hard time if the restaurant that was across the street from his house if the bathrooms were unclean.
Did Henry Ford just let other people figure out how to create a factory line?
I don't think so.
But Dan Byrnes has a different approach to managing a business, he just KNOWS what to do without observing the mineral exploration process, seeing the property or knowing how the mineral exploration works.
Dan lost 4 significant claims just because of his ignorance of the business.
Dan is critical of the people who have put their sweat and tears into developing Nemegosenda but he never even saw the property yet he knows exactly what they did wrong.
Dan is a flim flam man, nothing more. Byrnes cares only about the paper, the stock he doesn't care for the fundamentals of a company or he would pay the tax arrears for the Nemegosenda property, inter alia.
Dan is, always:
Big hat, no cattle.
