Stock is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too cheap. If I have to be honest I think they fixing their balance sheet so to speak, is bringing out the seller right now. as they issue shares to convert the np for example. what we know in q1 in subsequent events they issued 2.7 million shares, now after q2 that reads 4.6 million for 1.1 million of np conversion so since april almost 5 million shares are probably coming to market (My guess anyways and that is all it is), that is some serious supply since april the stock has had to work through. I don't think their anything wrong with the company as this has almost cleaned up all of the share structure and debt issues, but at the same time it puts pressure on the stock price when they sell. I believe this company is outrageously undervalued, and I have been buying and up to 6% of my portfolio. Maybe it gets cheaper, the company is absurdly priced, and I expect even better results in seasonally stronger q3 and strongest q4. I think they could do .17-.20 for the fy. that is a stock trading at 3.5-4 times this years earnings that is growing rapidly.

There are some knocks like the ceo could be better people person and dealing with the investment community, and I'm being nice when I say that. we have this overhead supply which I think is the main reason why we are not seeing the stock move up, but here's the thing they are executing, the stock is undervalued, and the growth is fantastic, and the earning momentum is well on track. I have no idea if the stock will go lower in the short run, the stock could easily be wroth triple this in the next 6-12 months, but in the short-run, my opinion is the stock is being held down by those shares being sold by the conversion of the np. I didn't recognize this to be completely honest until today. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.

---All above is just my humble opinion.
And I could always be wrong.
And as always do your own DD.---
