the problem with this post is that I just got finished talking to matt about this subject Matt said that the paperwork is to be exactly the same as before the exact same filing. he said that rite aid had wba refile it to give the ftc more time for review. so no adjustments to filing.

as far as the drop in share price is concerned the whole market dropped along with rad. some not as much but everything is red today
