I dont know what you want to hear about the consultations. It seems that it is all legally done. Others on her including myself feel it wasn't the best move they could have made but its not necessarily a malicious move either.

Of course IR is going to respond very carefully and not leave them vulnerable. But at the end of the day, if they are doing it for tax purposes, is that a deal breaker for you? Ask yourself that question then move on one way or another. Because frankly CEO Granier was getting paid more at Clear Channel before he came to Biocorrx. He has stated publicly and privately to me that he has addiction issues in his family that is part of the reason for his passion with this company.

Its not a deal breaker for me. And for someone who say they are still feeling the company out, this latest move in my opinion is a good one. It surprised me too and I took a step back to look at it. But the implant move seems legit and makes sense. Probably will even be an easier route than BICX101 would have been. I think the next few weeks have some great potential in the company. The truth will be determined in the next 2-3 weeks. Take a chance or don't its very simple.
