I totally forgot about this tidbit. So in the judgment (rendered in Virginia against Nate on Oct 7, 2016), it was specified that Nate and his company are responsible for the $$. When Nate scammed his mother (who is incapacitated) out of the deed, it was signed over to the company (and Nate). When Nate's sister and other parties involved found out about it (Nate's sister had Power of Attorney at the time), they took his butt to court. BTW, those court papers were served at Grace Carlton's House, aka Nate's 'legal' residence in the USA.
In this conversation, he refers to Brandy (the court clerk I personally got him in touch with since he was hiding in Peru) and Sylvia (his mother). Kinda makes you wonder what else he has gotten his companies involved in that shareholders and investors don't know about.
