I also would consider selling the plant waste, stems and fan leaf to hemp processing companies as building materials, might provide additional income for the company,

It would make more sense than discarding it or burning it for disposal.

Just saying,that the cannabis plant has so many useful aspects, that the offloading of their waste as building material alone could help offset the loss felt by cancelling the flower production project.
