And my reply is simple.
Say what you want, tell me your opinion and thoughts. I will take them with a grain of salt as Susman and Godfrey have already thought about that.
You think they don't know the IP landscape? The pitfalls with software patents?
You think S&G haven't looked at, thought about, or considered 101?
I bet they have, I bet they know more about the landsacpe of IP lititagion being a sit is what they do for a living. That they might be one of the top IP firms in the country. The fact is, they reviewed the case, took I beleive 9 months to review, and yet they accepted on contingency.
They bet on WDDD, so I bet on WDDD. The rest is noise.
If they lose thier bet, I lose mine, and well they know more about it than me, you, or anybody else here.
