Purely as basic arithmetics and not related to FNHI

IF there was 150M shares and a buyout is for 150M dollars - it would be $1/share.

However because in our situation Rossi will most likely get half of that (well deserved)- it would translate to .50/share for us.

But this is all estimates, could be double,triple of the above example if Revenues are right.

Again this is probably a few years down the line, that's a big IF Rossi wants to ever sell.
