Well kind of,,, the statement is fact, the timing and the results are opinion until accomplished. Who said it is a done deal... we buy and buy more based on what we perceive the odds to be. All opinions. But there are some great facts that have transpired. That is indisputable like the forming of a fantastic team with money talent and true grit that has not given ground to obstacles. It was also fact that we came damn close to passing the last evac test. It is also a fact that the facts were redacted in the FOIA document. On balance the odds are in favor of the "we fly" crew, and stacked against the BWC Avatars....and that is simply IMO.
