Kilerb- The 8K should have the recent BlackFox acquisition closing and should be a positive since some investors probably don't even know it happened yet. We know about it because we've been looking for it. Some investors look on the sec.gov EDGAR website for latest filings. The fact that this is a closed acquisition and not just a letter of intent will have a lot more merit. The 8K could also have info about the recent dilution, possible share buyback or just about anything else the company wants to put in there as material information. The 10Q will have a lot more detail listing the share structure, revenue, balance sheet and what have you.
